The Express package makes 'clocking in' & 'clocking out' a simple and manageable task and is ideally suited for organisations with up to 50 employees. With a choice of clocking terminals, employees use the same swipe card or key fob every week, eliminating the need to store and replace clock cards on a weekly basis.
Express will save time and money calculating employee hours worked. This system has the ability to highlight overtime as well as to adjust for lateness or early departure.
In addition to standard reports for hours worked, other workforce management reports are also included, for example:
Total hours worked by department or for all employees
- Manual corrections report that highlights manual changes that need to be carried out on the system, for example to add missed clockings or allocate missing time to absence.
- Infringement reporting, when employees have arrived late or left early
- Absence reports for booked holidays, sickness & other absences
- Roll call, to quickly find out who is in and who is absent
