Focus PRO and Enterprise
The Focus PRO system provides a strong base of features providing benefits for the SME-Level organisation. Focus PRO is also scaleable to match your organisation's growth. Focus Enterprise extends the facilities avaialble to the user even further by including more pay rates, TOIL and Cost Centre analysis as well as a report generator and it's only £500 more than PRO!
The Focus system is a modular system running in real time and is designed to be as intuitive and user-friendly as possible. The user interface has simple icons and drop-down menus to allow you to navigate easily through the system and has the same 'feel' as Microsoft Outlook approach.
Within ten minutes of starting the user training, one customer said, "I can't believe how much time this system is going to save me!"
There are a number of features within the system which can be customised by the system users if required. This provides a very flexible approach and enables your organisation's specific requirements to be met.
The easy-to-use user interface makes all the features of the Focus system available without it appearing to be over complex.
The software has been developed over many years, and is regularly updated as employment legislation changes.
Focus is designed to be compatible with your existing systems. There is an import facility to enable you to import data such as employee information and pay rates. Information can also be exported to your payroll software package (SAGE, Pegasus etc).
The reports Focus PRO can be provided as a PDF file (.pdf), an Excel Spreadsheet (.xls), an HTML file (.htm), a Rich Text Format (.rtf) file, a Text (.txt) file or a Tagged Image Format File (.tif). This facility enables you to provide reports in a format that suits the recipient. Focus Enterprise comes with a report generator built in for any customer reports you may require.
