ID Card Bureau
We operate a complete design bureau and card printing service for ID cards and cards for Time & Attendance and Electronic Access Control systems.
Types of card available are:
- Magnetic Stripe
- Proximity
- Bar Coded
- Blank
You can use an existing layout or have a new one designed to meet your requirements.
Just fax or e-mail a sketch or drawing of your ideas, along with a digital image of your logo (with a resolution of at least 300dpi), and any other images you wish to have on the card. We will then provide you with a sample to sign off before printing commences.
Other information such as name, job position, expiry date etc. can be included if required.
The minimum order quantity is 25 cards.
Prices vary according to quantity and the number of colours required.
ID Cards for Time Recording and Access Control
Once you have had your ID card designed, you can call off new cards for new starters at your organisation as required.
You just need to follow the following procedure:
- Just email us your ID cardholder details
- Your ID cards are printed and dispatched usually within 2 days
- You receive your ID cards and issue them to your staff
Card Printing Systems
Prices vary on type of printer you require and the quantity of consumables.
If you need a large number of ID Cards it can be cost effective to have your own card printing system.
We supply complete ID Card printing and encoding systems and can provide installation and training if required.
We also supply colour (YMCKO) and black resin ribbons and ID card printer cleaning kits. These enable you to keep the print head and rollers clean and maintain a high quality finish to your printing. This also ensures a long life for the print head and your ID card printer.
