Technical Support

Access Control, CCTV and Time & Attendance systems are normally key systems for any organisation. Some level of in-service support is usually required to deal with operational issues that may arise and to ensure that any downtime is kept to an absolute minimum. All the systems we supply carry a 12-month warranty.

A2T can provide in-service support for your system through a Maintenance and Support Contract or on an ad-hoc basis. Maintenance and Support Contracts provide different types of cover according to your needs and the complexity of your system. You can opt for On-site support or just Technical Help Desk support.

In addition to the systems we supply we are able to provide support for equipment supplied by other companies.
